Sanna Usva studies industrial design in Lahti Institute of Design. She chose this field because she wanted a profession where she could use her creativity to design eye catching products, that would also be highly functional. Sanna loves contrasts, natural materials and minimalistic design. Sanna is a curious person and she enjoys learning new things. She feels that it’s important not to lose your inner child who is eager to discover the world.
“I have noticed, that the small things in life are very important to me and I always try to find the time to enjoy for example the feeling of fresh bed sheets, throwing first steams in the sauna or the feeling of seeing your own breath frosting in the air on a cold winter day. I also often find inspiration from these moments and one idea can easily lead to another.”
