Shipping in Finland

We work together with Pakettikauppa, which offers services from Posti and Matkahuolto inside Finland. You can choose the best shipping option for you, but if that's not possible for some reason, we will try our best to find an alternative solution. For the small sized products shipping costs 7,90€, medium 15,00€ and for larger or special packaging items the shipping cost is 45€ in Finland.

We offer shipping inside EU with two different rates: Small 25,00€ and Large 50,00€. The size comes from the volume of the package needed for a secure shipping of the product. The cost also covers all the packaging material. Products over 12kg: send us an inquiry.
Unfortunately we do not ship to United Kingdom at the moment because of Brexit's influences - we're investigating the possibilities and hopefully will be able to ship there again soon! In the meanwhile, you can always send us an inquiry.

Currently we have most of the products in stock. Please note that the estimated shipping time comes after the manufacturing time if needed. Delivery times are in the information on the product page. Please check the information before placing the order.

Manufacturing and delivery
When you order from UU Market, we will direct the order to the maker, who then checks their inventory or starts to manufacture your product. Our delivery times can be long, as handcrafting is often a multi-stage process and we want to give our skilled makers the time to prepare your products carefully. When the order is complete, it will be packed and sent you with a confirmation of delivery.
Return policy
UU Market hopes you are satisfied with your product. UU Market's products always have a 14-day return policy right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Law. The product must be unused and in the condition where it is received, with all parts (including packaging and instruction manual) of the product stored. You must return the product in its original packaging or packed in a similar way.
The full amount of your returned item will be refunded to your bank or credit card account in accordance to your payment method. Remember to enter your account number so we can return the money to your account. The payment will be refunded as soon as the maker has received and verified the returned product. In case of a problem, please be in touch with our customer service.
If the product is damaged during shipping, take photos of both the packaging and the product, and send pictures and additional information about the order to our customer service. We will be able to make a damage notification to the transport service for you, and we can send you a replacement product faster. Always keep the damaged transport package.
