Shipping in Finland
We work together with Pakettikauppa, which offers many options from Posti and Matkahuolto in Finland. You can choose the best shipping place for you to receive the products. For the small and medium sized products the price is 7,90€ and for larger items 30€ in Finland.
Most of our products are made in Helsinki area, where most of the makers live. If you're located in Helsinki and prefer to pick-up your products straight from the maker, you can choose this option in the shipping methods. Please note that in order to choose this option, you need to make sure that the product is made in Helsinki area too. You can find the manufacturing place in the product information at the bottom of every product page.
We also ship worldwide. We want to bring the new Finnish design and art accessible to everyone. Please contact us which product are you interested in with your contact information, so we can offer the best shipping method available!
Estimated delivery time
Most products are made-to-order. Please note that the estimated shipping time comes after the manufacturing time. Delivery times are in the information on the product page. Please check the information before placing the order.
Worldwide: 1-10 days
Finland: 1-5 days
Manufacturing and delivery
When you order from UU Market, we will direct the order to the maker, who then starts to manufacture your product. Our delivery times can be long, as handcrafting is often a multi-stage process and we want to give our skilled makers the time to prepare your products carefully. When the order is complete, it will be packed and sent you with a confirmation of delivery.
UU Market hopes you are satisfied with your product. UU Market's products always have a 14-day return policy right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Law. The product must be unused and in the condition where it is received, with all parts (including packaging and instruction manual) of the product stored. You must return the product in its original packaging or packed in a similar way.
The full amount of your returned item will be refunded to your bank or credit card account in accordance to your payment method. Remember to enter your account number so we can return the money to your account. The payment will be refunded as soon as the maker has received and verified the returned product. In case of a problem, please be in touch with our customer service.
If the product is damaged during shipping, take photos of both the packaging and the product, and send pictures and additional information about the order to our customer service. We will be able to make a damage notification to the transport service for you, and we can send you a replacement product faster. Always keep the damaged transport package.
