Fruit of Love No. 15, Crescent Moon

Fruit of Love sculptures are visual esseys - layering of the colours and variations of the different glass working techniques creates together fabled stories inside the fruitful forms. Every Fruit of Love sculpture is an ode to glass as material but for the artist, they are also representing the cycle of life and birth of something new.

Lehto began to work with ‘Garden’ series early spring 2019. Fruit of Love sculptures were the starting point of Garden series. The Garden series represents unruliness, playful growth and freedom of spirit. Series consists of colorful and multidimensional glass sculptures. All of the works are made free-blown technique in Nuutajärvi Glass Village, Finland.
